Christine Cohen’s legal career began in civil litigation after being admitted to the Florida Bar in 2015. Thereafter, her practice focused on property insurance law after being the first Associate Attorney to join StrubleCohen after it was founded by Matthew Struble.  Christine also has experience in real estate law matters and as general counsel.

Christine has assisted policyholders with complex issues in insurance and bad-faith litigation against many of Florida’s leading insurance companies.  She has assisted the firm with trials and appeals resulting in reported appellate decisions.  Christine is dedicated to Claim Appeals, the division of the firm that offers co-counsel support for other attorneys at trial and also as appellate counsel.  Christine’s goal is to help the firm provide high quality legal services to clients and co-counsel support for other attorneys in insurance and bad-faith litigation, and she strives to achieve the best possible results.

Christine is recognized by peers and was selected to Rising Stars for 2023. This selection is based off of an evaluation of 12 indicators including peer recognition and professional achievement in legal practice. Being selected to Rising Stars is limited to a small number of attorneys in each state. As one of the few attorneys to garner the distinction of Rising Stars, Christine Cohen has earned the respect of peers as one of the top-rated attorneys in the nation.
