Water Damage & Plumbing Failures

Water damage can be caused by a variety of sources and can devastate your home or business by destroying floors, cabinets, furniture and other areas of the property.  The cause of water damages may include a pipe burst, air conditioner leak or leak from a household appliance.  Insurance policies generally cover most types of water damage and this coverage should operate to allow you to perform repairs to your property to restore it to the condition it was in prior to the loss.  The work necessary to repair water damages can sometimes be substantial and cost prohibitive.  STRUBLE attorneys have successfully represented insureds against many of Florida’s insurance companies in claims for water damage and are prepared to force your insurance company to honor your claim.
